Privacy Notice
The response form collects your name, email address, state, optional phone number, optional RESNET ID, selected credentials, experience range, public-listing choice, email-update choice, and any comment you provide.
What may be public
If you choose the public-supporter option, only your name, state, and selected credentials may be displayed. Your email, phone number, RESNET ID, and comment will not appear in the public supporter list.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to administer and verify responses, send a confirmation, provide updates only when requested, review feedback, and prepare aggregate information about responses. Information will not be sold or used to coordinate commercial conduct.
Commercially sensitive information
Do not submit service prices, billing rates, bids, discounts, margins, customer terms, confidential contracts, market plans, or identifiable company financial information. Inadvertently submitted commercially sensitive information may be removed.
Verification and retention
Duplicate, false, unverifiable, or abusive submissions may be removed. Raw verification data will be deleted or de-identified within 12 months after the proposal is delivered. Any records retained after that point will be limited to de-identified aggregate information.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete your response, or stop receiving updates, by emailing [email protected]. Requests will be handled promptly.
This is an independent proposal and is not an official RESNET publication. Supporter responses do not constitute a RESNET member vote, a statistically representative survey, or evidence of RESNET endorsement.
